The little town of Braddock, which is about 8 miles West of us, annualy turns from a sleepy little village into a big hub of activity. The reason? The South Central Threshing Assn.'s Annual Threshing Bee!
This is a picture of one of the wooden shingles that are made at the Bee, which they then sell.

This tractor is owned by our neighbor, Allan. I got to drive it through the parade!
Here is a nicely restored threshing machine;
